Original 1992 Masters Tournament Silk Souvenir Pin Flag

In the early 1990's, a couple golf collectors in the Midwest had an idea: 

- Wouldn't it be great to have Masters logo pin flags to get autographs on?

There was only one problem - the Masters Tournament didn't sell golf flags.  There was an easy solution.  So, the two golf collectors had about 100 white Masters flags made by a local company.   

Over the next couple years, those collectors sent the flags via U.S. Mail to past Masters Champions for signatures. They had an amazing response from those past Champions.   As a result, most flags have signatures and there has never been an unused flag available, until now.  This is your change to get the flag that started the Masters Flag trend.

While these two collectors were visionaries in many respects, there is no way that they could contemplate the future significance of these flags.  They were intended as a new way to get golf autographs, but something unintended happened.  Fast forward several years: the golf flag collectible market erupted and these "unofficial" flags were all of a sudden worth more than the signatures that were on them.

Presented here is the rarest of all rare Masters flags.  This would be a great addition to any golf collection. If you miss out on this opportunity to own one, odds are good you'll never get the chance again as we've never seen another unused flag offered to the public.
