Tiger Woods bold signature on an entrance ticket / badge for the 1999 World Golf Championship NEC Invitational at Firestone Country Club.   A very nice collectible from Tiger's early years and from an event Tiger won.

A two-putt from 60 feet on the final hole gave Tiger Woods a one-stroke victory over Phil Mickelson. But the second World Golf Championships event will always be remembered for Woods' sizzling third-round 62 on a South Course at Firestone not accustomed to yielding such numbers. The round of 8 under gave Woods a five-stroke cushion that proved important on Sunday when he didn't quite have his best stuff and closed with a 71. Woods nearly tied Jose Maria Olazabal's 1990 course record but he missed an 18-footer on the 18th hole. "That 62 could have easily been a 59," Mark Calcavecchia said. "That's the best I've ever seen." Added Fred Couples about Tiger's dominance: "You do get the feeling sometimes that the rest of us are all out there playing for second place."
