A unique item, a workout form from The Athletic Club signed by two great friends Tiger Woods and Mark O'Meara with bold and crisp signatures.   The signatures are on the back of the form perfect for framing.  As everyone knows Tiger is a workout fiend and it was just a matter of time before Mark O'Meara joined in when they were competing.  Both players signed this after their workout at the club during The Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village in Dublin OH in 2001.

Tiger Woods' third straight win at the rain-plagued Memorial Tournament was also his fifth title in six starts in yet another dominant season. He trailed Paul Azinger by a shot entering the final round but promptly turned that deficit into a four-stroke lead in a 45-minute span that left heads turning yet again.

Woods seized the lead for good when he unleashed a massive 2-iron at the par-5 fifth that set up a 6-foot eagle putt. That, coupled with Azinger's water-logged bogey at the same hole, proved pivotal as Woods closed with a 66 for a six-stroke victory.

Woods finished at 17 under and the par 5s were the key as he played them in 16 under. "Right now, he's the most dominant athlete in the history of sports," Azinger said. "I don't know if the public appreciates it."
