You are looking at a very rare Scotty Cameron! It's a 1997 ScottyDale Project X-S.L.C. "T.W." Special Long Neck. This is 1 of 48 ever created.

The story behind these putters is:

It was originally an experimental putter created by Scotty Cameron that Tiger used to win the 1996 Las Vegas Invitational. The "S.L.C." stands for "Summer Lynne Cameron", Scotty's daughter. There was some controversy about the neck being too long, so Cameron just cut off some of the necks creating a "long" and "short" cup version.

When these hit the market the following year as a special edition, the sole read "T.W. Special". At the time, Tiger was a rookie, and it was believed that the T.W. would be confused with Tom Watson. To avoid the confusion, the sole was changed to "E.T.W. Special" standing for Eldrick Tiger Woods.
