Great looking Titleist Scotty Cameron putter commemorating Tiger Woods 3rd consecutive US Amateur Golf Championship win at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club.  This is no ordinary commemorative putter, this is featured in Scotty Cameron's Putter book.

Scotty Cameron Tiger Woods 1996 US Amateur Champion SSS 303 putter #11 of 20. This is the same putter used in "The Art of Putters" Scotty Cameron book by Bill Vogeney and David Levine. There are other 1996 amateur putters (limited to 960) out there like the platinum but none compare to this beauty.

The engraving is different on these putters. Also, only this #11 of 20 had the Titleist engraving left out of the cavity, making this a true one of a kind item.

Please review all images.  Although item is new there may be storage wear along with other minor imperfections.  Images of the actual item are shown.

A 19-year-old Steve Scott had Tiger Woods on the ropes at the U.S. Amateur, 5-up after the morning 18 and 2-up with three holes to play. Woods was seeking his third straight U.S. Amateur title, lighting the golf world ablaze with buzz.

Not if Scott had anything to say about it.

Coming down to the wire, however, it was Scott’s famous reminder to Woods on the 34th hole of the final match that would change his life.
“Hey, Tiger,” Scott said, “you need to move your mark back.”
Woods had failed to to replace his ball marker to its original position on the 16th green, but Scott’s subtle nudge prevented Woods from losing the hole, the match and the entire championship.
